02You can apply directly

Every travel authorisation we assist with can be applied for by you, directly with the Australian Government, paying only its own charge. Our service is optional and additional.

• Home Affairs: immi.homeaffairs.gov.au and online.immi.gov.au
• Australian ETA (601): lodged only through the Australian Government's own ETA app

03Scope of professional services

Australian immigration assistance is provided by a Registered Migration Agent, MARN 0901499, verifiable on the OMARA Register. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal advice.

04No guarantee

All outcomes, processing times, conditions and entry decisions are determined solely by the Department of Home Affairs.

05Fees

Our fees are disclosed in full, in writing, before payment. Government charges may change without notice; always verify current amounts on the official government website.
