Privacy Policy
01Scope
This policy explains how Pacific eVisa Pass (ABN 65 201 913 202) handles personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
02What we collect
Identity and contact details, passport and travel document information, travel plans, and supporting documents you provide for an application. We collect this directly from you, generally through our enquiry form or by email.
We deliberately don't accept passport numbers, dates of birth or document scans through the website itself — those are requested through a secure link after you've accepted a services agreement.
03Why we collect it
Solely to provide the application support service you engage us for, to communicate with you about it, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a Registered Migration Agent.
04Disclosure
To the Department of Home Affairs for the purpose of your application, and to our payment processor to take payment. We do not sell your information or disclose it for marketing purposes.
05Storage and security
We use HTTPS to secure data transmission and payment processing. Our website follows PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements for payment handling and undergoes regular security checks.
06Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting info@pacificevisapass.com.
07Complaints
Complaints may be made to info@pacificevisapass.com. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
