01Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Pacific eVisa Pass, a registered business name of The Trustee for Pacific Legacy Trust (ABN 65 201 913 202), of Level 1, 14 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown NSW 2148, Australia.
02Nature of our service
We are a private, fee-based travel authorisation support service. We are not a government agency and have no affiliation with, or endorsement from, the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. We do not offer legal advice.
Australian immigration assistance is provided by a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0901499) in accordance with the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.
03Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of all information and documents you provide. We record, review and submit what you give us.
04Fees
Our fees are disclosed in full, in writing, before payment. Where a government charge applies it is identified separately, and where a price is stated as inclusive, no further payment is required to us. Government charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs and may change without notice.
05No guarantee of outcome
All decisions, including approval, refusal, processing time and conditions, are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome or timeframe.
06Right to apply directly
You may apply directly through official government channels at any time without using our service, paying only the government's own charge.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the fee you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
