About the eVisitor price. The Australian Government charges nothing for an eVisitor visa, so our USD 49 is entirely a service fee for the assistance we provide. There is nothing further to pay. You remain free to apply yourself at online.immi.gov.au at no cost.

Every enquiry gets

  • An eligibility assessment against the requirements published by the Department
  • A written list of the supporting documents needed for your route
  • A review of your answers before anything is lodged
  • A fixed fee, confirmed in writing, before any work starts

Never included in our fee

  • The government's own charge — you pay that directly, where it applies
  • A guaranteed outcome — no one can promise that
  • Lodgement of the ETA 601 — only you can complete that step, in the Government app
  • Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees your card issuer may apply

When and how you pay

Enquiry, no charge

We confirm your route and quote a fixed fee before anything is charged.

Written agreement

Payment is taken only once you've accepted a services agreement setting out the scope and the fee.

Card, via our processor

Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers on our systems.

Prices are shown in USD. Your card issuer may apply a conversion rate or foreign transaction fee over which we have no control. Full detail is in our Payment Policy.
